Ethereal & Co. is a Canadian women-run organization based in Guelph, Ontario. We advocate for equality, self care, sexual health, mental health, and feminism to women local and across the globe through online articles, social media, and youth programs.

Ethereal Youth Programming

Designed for teen girls, this program is designed to educate and empower girls while providing them with connection, community, and life-long friendships .

Currently our Guelph Youth weekly drop-in program is open for girls 14-19. The program consists of discussion-style seminar workshops and activities on topics like mental health, feminism, sexual health, and life skills.

EMPOWERING - We make shirts, accessories, and self-care helpers to inspire you and make you feel like part of our family.

ETHICAL - From screen-printing our clothes and sewing self-care products in-house, to producing reusable everyday products, we do our best to support sustainability as much as possible.

Our blog is a collection of raw, honest, informative articles on everything from feminist issues in the news to healing from the traumas that we face - written by women, for women.

Our team is more than the employees behind a brand- we're a diverse team of open-minded women who have formed a family that aims to make every woman feel supported and needed.

We keep our team as open and unique as possible, which is why anyone can apply to our ambassador and blog contributor positions.

We host events that build community, empower young women, and teach people about the power self-love!

STAY TUNED for announcements about workshops, youth peer groups, markets and more!

Emotional exhaustion is something I never really expected to find in myself. Looking over everything that I had experienced in the last few years of my life, I realized just how strong I was to be knocked down time and time again but to stand up after. This summer, how...

I never experienced loneliness for very long as a child, teenager, or even a young adult, until this past year. Sure, there were a few times at recess or the first day of a new school, but those lasted days or hours.

Having grown up, and having the most life experience...
